Use of measures in supervision
Join us for our 90 minute online training webinar led by Nick Tait, CORC's Programme Manager.
The training is suitable for anyone working to support and improve children’s mental heath and wellbeing in the role of Supervisor, Line Manager, Team Leader, or similar.
Aims of this training:
The focus of the session is on practical strategies for embedding the use of measures data in supervision.
Learning outcomes:
- Develop knowledge and understanding of how measures can be meaningful, and feedback useful, in the supervision context
- Understand the barriers and solutions for supervisees and supervisors in using information from outcome and feedback measures in supervision
- Develop practical skills in using information from outcome and feedback measures in supervision
- Cultivate practical strategies for embedding the use of measures data in supervision
Attendance at this online CORC training event is a benefit of CORC membership so joining is free for staff at CORC member organisations (maximum of ten places per setting for full members and one place per setting for associate members). Nick Tait
Programme Manager
As Programme Manager for CORC, Nick works directly with members as well as on a range of projects in collaboration with CORC partner organisations. Nick joined CORC after working in schools, first as a teacher and then as head teacher of a large London primary school. Through his work with children he saw the importance of effective support for children’s mental health and wellbeing and worked with partner organisations to develop practice in school. He is particularly interested in the wellbeing of the most vulnerable children.
